Why Dubai
Desert safaris, camel rides, some of the most exciting ocean activities, and to top things off, considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Sounds like heaven on Earth, right? Well as hard as it is to believe, this place does exist and that place is Dubai. This is a place I believe everyone should get to experience at some point in their life. Now you may be asking why on Earth am I telling you to go to the United Arab Emirates, isn’t it just a whole lot of sand. To that I say yes it is, but that sand has so much to offer that you must see to believe.
In the City
Dubai as a city is already just enough to take a visit. It is home to some of the most unique architecture in the world including the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa (pictured on the right) standing at 829.8 meters according to https://www.burjkhalifa.ae/en/the-tower/facts-figures/. The city is always very alive and offers so much to do and see, as well as being home to some of the biggest global festivals, along with constant local events as well. Another amazing thing this city provides is some of the most luxurious places to stay. As there are so many, here are the top 3 according to tripadvisor.com.
1. At the top of this list would be Atlantis the Palm (pictured on the right). This iconic hotel is located at the very tip of one of Dubai’s most well known treasures, The Palm Jumeirah. This man made island resembles a palm tree and has everything you could possibly need and so much more all on this not so small island.

2. The Ritz-Carlton comes in at a close number two on this list as it is lesser known, but certainly has so much to give being a massive island resort on the beach with a very tropical feel surrounded by palm trees and water.
3. Last but not least is the Paramount Hotels. These bring you a little more into downtown Dubai and are truly works of art. These hotels are made up of four towering buildings that have a gorgeous spiral look to them. If you are staying there or not, you will not want to miss out on a glance at the finely constructed hotels.
More than Just Sand
Not convinced yet? Many other cities do have their own crazy architecture and things to see, but the city is just scraping the surface of what a trip to Dubai can really turn into. Out in the deserts of Dubui there is so much fun to be had. They offer safaris and camel rides, and where else in the world can you ride camels in their natural habitat? Then one of the most fun things is to rip around in the sand on quad bikes without a care in the world. From there we then go off the coast to see the beautiful reefs they have. The ocean also presents itself to be somewhere to ride jet skis and go on yacht tours and much more!
